Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in MONROE County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on September 24, 2026. Roberts, husband and wife, whose address is 13019 Laplaisance Road, LaSalle, Michigan 48145, as original Mortgagors, to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, being a mortgage dated January 30, 2006, and recorded on February 3, 2006 in Liber 3062 Page 302, Monroe County Records, State of Michigan and assigned by said mortgagee through mesne assignments to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2025-2, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated August 13, 2026 and recorded on August 14, 2026 and given document number 2026R14355 in Monroe County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE AND 17/100 DOLLARS ($27,139.17). Said premises are situated in the Township of LaSalle, County of Monroe, State of Michigan, and are described as: A parcel of land described as commencing 535 feet from the southeastern corner of the following described land: Land bounded North by Townline, East by highway, South by Cousino and West by Knab, being a part of Fractional Section 24, and Private Claim 73, Town 7 South, Range 8 East, LaSalle Township, Monroe County, Michigan, and containing 44 acres of land; running thence north along the center line of LaPlaisance Road 200 feet; thence west at a right angle to said road 233 feet; thence south along a line parallel to LaPlaisance Road 200 feet; thence east 233 feet to the place of beginning; meaning and intending thereby to convey a parcel of land 200 feet in width on LaPlaisance Road and 233 feet in depth.
