FORECLOSURE SALE – Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Master Deed for Nelson Towers, a Condominium, by Cathy King, which Master Deed is recorded in Liber 988, Pages 1 through 36, as amended, Jackson County, MI, Register of Deeds, resulting in the recordation of a Lien by Nelson Towers, a Condominium Association, a Michigan Nonprofit Corporation, said Lien being dated December 2, 2025, and recorded December 8, 2025, in Liber 2273, Page 1297, Jackson County, MI, on which Lien there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-One Dollars and 28/100 Dollars ($13,941.28), including interest on assessments of seven (7%) percent per annum. This amount will be greater on the day of the sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to fee and clear ownership of the property.
