Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in SAGINAW County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on July 24, 2026. Said premises are situated in the Township of Spaulding, County of Saginaw, State of Michigan, and are described as: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Town 11 North, Range 4 East, Spaulding Township, Saginaw County, Michigan, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said section, 200 feet South from the East Quarter post; thence running Westerly parallel with the East and West Quarter line, 511 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the East section line, 100 feet, more or less, to the center of the Lull Drain, so-called; thence Southeasterly along the center line of said drain, 585 feet, more or less, to the East section line; and thence Northerly along said section line, 345 feet to the place of beginning, AND ALSO, part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Town 11 North, Range 4 East, Spaulding Township, Saginaw County, Michigan, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said section, 342 feet South of the East and West Quarter line and running thence West parallel with said East and West Quarter line, 397 feet, more or less, to the center of the Lull Drain, so-called, thence Southeasterly along the center line of said drain, 460 feet, more or less, to the East section line, and thence Northerly along said section line, 203 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
