Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in MUSKEGON County, starting promptly at 11:00 AM, on July 24, 2026. Suttorp a/k/a Kimberly Ann Suttrop, his wife, whose address is 2258 Mill Pond Trail, Whitehall, Michigan 49461, as original Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for American Financial Resources, Inc., being a mortgage dated May 29, 2015, and recorded on June 30, 2015 in Liber 4059 Page 35. Said mortgage was modified by five loan modification agreements. The first recorded April 11, 2017 in Liber 4118 Page 796. The second, recorded January 24, 2022, in Liber 4287, Page 162. The third was recorded July 28, 2023, in Liber 4335 Page 229. The fourth was recorded November 15, 2024, in Liber 4370 Page 976. The fifth was recorded May 28, 2025, in Liber 4387 Page 624, Muskegon County Records, State of Michigan and assigned by said mortgagee through mesne assignments to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated February 17, 2022 and recorded on February 17, 2022 in Liber 4289 Page 324, Muskegon County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE AND 52/100 DOLLARS ($140,353.52). Said premises are situated in the Township of Whitehall, County of Muskegon, State of Michigan, and are described as: LOT 28, SILVER CREEK MILL POND SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN LIBER 17 OF PLATS, PAGE 20, MUSKEGON COUNTY RECORDS.
