MORTGAGE SALE – Default having been made in the terms and conditions of a certain mortgage made by , Mortgagor, unto Kalsee Credit Union, Mortgagee, dated April 28, 2023, recorded May 5, 2023, in the Kalamazoo County Records, Document No. 2023-010463, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due and unpaid, at the date of this notice, for principal and interest, the sum of $29,799.30. And no suit or proceeding at law or in equity has been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage or any part thereof.
