MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE – (LAPEER COUNTY) MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Carey S. Lee, a Married Man, ("Mortgagor") to "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. Commonly known as: 3756 Reamer Road, Lapeer, MI 48446 Property Tax ID# 017-035-006-00 If the property described in this Notice is sold at the foreclosure sale referred to above, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period as provided by MCL 600.3278 or otherwise by law.
