By reason of this default, the Mortgagee hereby declares the entire unpaid amount of said Mortgage due and payable immediately. As of the date of this Notice there is claimed to be due on this Mortgage the sum of Fifty-six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-five and 40/100 Dollars ($56,555.40). No suit or proceeding at law has been instituted to recover the debt secured by this Mortgage or any part thereof.
