Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Aberlour Holdings, LLC, as Borrower, to Y2K Lending, LLC, as Lender, dated June 23, 2025 and recorded on July 9, 2025 in Liber 59651, Page 348,Wayne County Records, Michigan, which said mortgage was amended by First Amendment to Promissory Note dated December 4, 2025 and recorded on January 15, 2026 in Liber 60014, Page 491, Wayne County Records, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($75,215.00), including interest at 24.99% per annum. The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the date of the foreclosure sale and placing the highest bid does not automatically convey free and clear ownership. Interested purchasers may at their option contact the county register of deeds or title insurance company for further information, either of which may charge a fee for their services.
