Said mortgage was modified by a loan modification agreement, dated September 3, 2013 and recorded September 11, 2018, with document number 2018R09850, Montcalm County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned through mesne assignments to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated July 13, 2023 and recorded on July 18, 2023 and given document number 2023R-06999 in Montcalm County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE AND 15/100 DOLLARS ($85,623.15).
