Said premises are located in the Township of Howard, Cass County Michigan, and are described as: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 28, TOWN 7 SOUTH, RANGE 16 WEST, WHICH IS NORTH 363.00 FEET FROM THE EAST QUARTER POST OF SAID SECTION; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION AND CENTERLINE OF LEET ROAD, 150.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 41' WEST, 330.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, 150.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 41' EAST, 330.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
