Said premises are situated in the City of Muskegon, County of Muskegon, State of Michigan, and are described as: LOT 15, BLOCK 642, REVISED PLAT (OF 1903) OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGON, AS RECORDED IN LIBER 3 OF PLATS, PAGE 71, MUSKEGON COUNTY RECORDS.
