Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Jeff Wressell and Andrea Wressell, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for VanDyk Mortgage Corporation, Mortgagee, dated February 8, 2007 and recorded February 15, 2007 in Liber 5366, Page 898 and Loan Modification Agreement recorded on April 25, 2014, in Instrument Number 2014-0012728, and Loan Modification Agreement recorded on July 13, 2021, in Instrument Number 2021-0036039, and Loan Modification Agreement recorded on December 8, 2022, in Instrument Number 2022-0041535, and Loan Modification Agreement recorded on February 15, 2024, in Instrument Number 2024-0003506, and Loan Modification Agreement recorded on November 27, 2024, in Instrument Number 2024-0031468, and Affidavit of Scrivener's Error recorded on February 9, 2015, in Instrument Number 2015-0004438, Ottawa County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Ninety-Seven and 1/100 Dollars ($260,097.01). Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public venue at the place of holding the circuit court within Ottawa County, Michigan at 10:00 AM on MARCH 19, 2026.
