NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE CHARLES J. HIEMSTRA IS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Waverly Road, Lansing, Michigan 48917 (“Mortgagee”), which Mortgage was dated November 26, 2018, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Ionia County, Michigan on February 11, 2019 at Liber 0653, Page 4669. The Mortgage is now held by Adventure Credit Union, successor by merger of Astera Credit Union. By reason of this default, the Mortgagee hereby declares the entire unpaid amount of said Mortgage due and payable immediately. As of the date of this Notice there is claimed to be due on this Mortgage the sum of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-two and 61/100 Dollars ($6,742.61). No suit or proceeding at law has been instituted to recover the debt secured by this Mortgage or any part thereof. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT: Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the above Mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in Ionia County, Ionia County Courthouse, 100 W.
