Said premises are located in the Township of Waverly, Van Buren County Michigan, and are described as: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Town 2 South, Range 14 West, described as commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 13; thence North 89°34'40" West, along the South line of said Section, 1936.92 feet to a line which is 242 feet Westerly of and parallel with the East line of the West 40 acres of the South 60 acres of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter, according to the Government Survey thereof, and the point of beginning of the land herein described; thence continuing North 89°34'40" West, along said South line, 221.00 feet to a line which is 463 feet Westerly of and parallel with the East line of the West 40 acres of the South 60 acres of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00°06'46" West, along the last described line, 435.60 feet; thence South 89°34'40" East, parallel with the South line of said Section, 221.00 feet to a line which is 242 Westerly of and parallel with the East line of the West 40 acres of the South 60 acres of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00°06'46" East, along the last described line, 435.60 feet to the place of beginning. 34778 36th Ave, Paw Paw, Michigan 49079 The redemption period shall be 12 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
