MORTGAGE SALE Default having occurred in the conditions of a certain Mortgage made by BLUE HARVEST FARMS, LLC to WEST MICHIGAN COMMUNITY BANK, of 5367 School Ave., P.O. Box 370, Hudsonville, Michigan 49426, dated December 8, 2017 and recorded December 11, 2017, at Document No. 2017-0046482, Ottawa County Records, State of Michigan, on which Mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice, for principal, interest, current forced-placed insurance costs, costs, late fees, and attorney fees, the sum of $1,009,974.46 as provided for in said Mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity have been instituted to recover the money as secured by said Mortgage, or any part thereof and the entire sum claimed due is, as of the date hereof, fully due and payable.
